The problem

Why ecosystem partnerships underdeliver

  1. 01

    Visibility without substance

A logo on a banner rarely starts a real conversation.

  2. 02

Hard to reach the right audience

Founders and decision-makers are rarely in the same room.

  3. 03

    Scattered initiatives

Events and programs run in parallel, without coordination.

  4. 04

    No clear return

Partnerships end without a shared view of results.

FAQ

Questions from partners

What is the difference between a partner and an institution?

Institutions are public actors, such as agencies, ministries and public bodies. Partners are sponsors, universities, technology providers, media and associations.

Who approves the use of our brand?

You do. Your logo appears only once a partnership is signed, with approvals set out in the partnership plan. Ownership of content and outputs is agreed before delivery.

Do partners get access to startup data?

Only through curated introductions and programs. Startup information is shared with each startup’s consent, for the agreed purpose, and never as an open database.

Can a partner also buy from or invest in startups?

Yes. Buying follows the corporate track, with sourcing missions and POCs. Investing follows the investor track. A partnership covers visibility, programs and ecosystem roles.
