For Institutions
Structuring Morocco’s AI ecosystem with market data and adoption programs
Agencies and public institutions need a clear view of AI providers, activity and funding needs. MCP provides market data and introductions to build adoption programs around documented pilots.
- A mapped AI ecosystem
- Documented market data
- AI adoption programs
Why the ecosystem needs structuring
- 01
Fragmented ecosystem
No clear map of who builds AI, and where.
- 02
No shared observatory
Comparable market data is missing.
- 03
Slow AI adoption
Promising technology rarely reaches public services and industry.
- 04
Low visibility
Local AI companies stay unknown, in Morocco and abroad.

Questions from institutions
Who governs a program?
Each program has agreed sponsors, decision rights, a meeting cadence and documented selection criteria. The proposal names what is handed over at the end, and who runs it next.
Who owns the data produced?
Ownership and publication rights are set in the program proposal, and findings can be co-published. Purposes, access, retention and confidentiality are agreed before any collection starts.
How is the program reported?
The proposal sets the reporting, deliverables, review points and responsibilities before the program starts.
Can you work within public procurement rules?
Yes. We work through partnership agreements, framework agreements or calls for proposals, as your rules require. MCP helps design the process but does not replace your procurement authority.
